Lindsey said that I should have something blue next. I wish so much that I had something pink or blue to talk about. I only have the blues. I need your prayers. I had sweet success for 2 weeks only to have it gone again. I have been looking through the scriptures to look at the women of the bible who had difficulty having a baby and how God utilized them and what they may have learned from the experience. I am trying to remain positive. I just miss Aidan. Please give any "girls of the bible" insight you can help with. It would be nice to hear your perspective.

Oh no! This isn't the kind of blue I was talking about! I'm so sorry! I'll have to spend some time looking for women in the bible who experienced similar pain. Off the top of my head I can think of Rachel. She had the added problem that her sister was popping out kids left and right and she worried about her husband's affections because of it. She prayed that God would bless her and he did. I will pray that God will bless you too!
Hannah pleaded with God and Eli the priest thought she was drunk. she promised to give her child to God and gave birth to Samuel.
a woman's worth in those days was based on her ability to bear children. I know that it is not so with society today, but I want to be a momma and be proud to have a child and raise him/her to know the Lord. I think pregnancy/ motherhood is a special gift that woman is given the amazing ability to do and contributes to my overall well being and intimate desire of my heart.
I have been asked what I meant by "sweet success for two weeks".... meaning that I was two weeks late for my period and had a positive home pregnancy test. Bliss and hope for a short period of time.
I'm so sorry Elizabeth... how discouraging...
